from data health records, you can upload
unlimited electronic files in .pdf, .gif, .doc and
.jpg formats.

which have expired, will be deactivated
for a 3-month period, for which we
allow registrants the opportunity to
re-register before all records are

MyMeditrax fully understands the issues
and concerns with regards to privacy and
personal information. Our company has
conducted a comprehensive security risk
assessment. Including the installment of
an insurable 128-bit Secured Certificate
for your ultimate protection. However,
we highly recommend that members keep
confidential passwords safe, and issue
'READ ONLY ACCESS'
passwords to your doctor and/or
healthcare facility. |

How do I
create 'READ ONLY ACCESS' Pass Cards and
what is their purpose? |

MyMeditrax allows members to create
fully recyclable wallet sized pass cards
via your 'myADMIN'
control panel within
your secured login environment. These
'READ ONLY ACCESS'
passes can be given to doctors, nurses
and or healthcare facilities in case of
an emergency or otherwise.
Alternatively, administrative
'myADMIN"
passwords should never be given to
anyone unless you have established full
trust. As this will allow such
individuals the ability to edit or
make changes to your records, and
ultimately alter their integrity. |
